1/23/2019 - RARE KITCHEN ACCESSORY PIECES!

As we continue to sell old inventory and skinny down our collection, we have decided to sell our Art & Crafts KITCHEN ACCESSORY PIECES!

All four pieces were handcrafted in 1999 by Dennis Bertucci, a well known craftsman who for years was also a workshop presenter at the annual Grove Park Inn February Arts & Crafts Conference in Asheville.

Here are the four pieces:

1) Wine Rack(s: we have 2)

The Wine Racks are 15” wide, 22 ½” tall and 10” deep.
Made of quarter-sawn oak, note the keyed through mortise and tenon construction.
The racks hold six bottles at a down angle to keep the cork moist and prevent the bottles from sliding out of the rack.
Marked ‘Handcrafted by Dennis Bertucci Oct 1999’

2) Spice Cabinet

The cabinet is 14 ½” wide, 17 ¾, tall and 5” deep.
Made of quarter-sawn oak with a 2” gallery top and 15 cubbyholes for spice jars.
Included are 15 hammered copper overlay labeled lidded jars.
There is a wide 1 ½” drawer at the top for measuring spoons and two 3 ¾” recipe drawers at the bottom.
Marked ‘Designed by Anne Winstanley & Dennis Bertucci‘, handcrafted by Dennis Bertucci May 1999, marked ‘6 of 10’ woth ‘db‘ and ‘aew‘ monograms.

3) Recipe Book Cabinet

The cabinet is 6 ¾” wide, 10 ½“ tall and 5“ deep”
Made of quarter-sawn oak, note the Limbert style cutouts on the front and side panels.
Marked ‘Designed by Anne Winstanley & Dennis Bertucci’, not dated and includes the ‘db‘ anmd ‘aew‘ monograms.
Includes 12 recipe books.

4) Countertop Cabinet

The cabinet is 14” wide, 14 ½” tall and 5 ½” deep.
Made of quarter-sawn oak, note the Limbert style cutouts and the corbel through mortise and tenon side panel construction.
Marked ‘Handcrafted by Dennis Bertucci Sept 1999’, marked ‘2 of 5’ and includes the ‘db’ and ‘aew‘ monograms.
Includes two 4” and two 3” apothecary type glass jars with hammered copper overlay caps and a glass Aroma Glow Gel Candle.
The large apothecary jars and candle glass have hand painted flowers marked ‘Painted by Anne Winstanley’

These were Fair Oak Workshop items almost 18 years ago and haven’t been seen for a long long time.
